Sales Receipts
It is the mount which you have received from your customer.
Click on the 4th option task from the top of the
window and select the 3rd option receipts.
By clicking on the receipts the following window will
appear.
Select the customer by clicking on the look up button.
Write the reference number, receipt number, date.
When you will select the customer you will see all the sales
or the delivery you have done to your customer with date and the amount due.
If there is any discount on sale so that amount will also
appear on the discount column.
Click on the pay in front of that transaction of which
amount you received from your customer.
And also select the sale rep account from the charts of
accounts at the bottom of the window.
When you will click on the pay so there is red mark which
shows that you received amount from your customer.
And the amount in amount column will be discounted amount.
