SALES QUOTATION
On the top of the window select the 4th
option task. And click on the 1st option of quotes/sales order.
By clicking on that the following window will appear.
Click on look up button and select the
customer for whom sale quotes are being made

Select
the date on which the sale quotes is made.

Select
the goods thru date. It is date at which goods will be delivered to customers.

Enter
the quote number.
·
Select
the source of shipment through which goods will be delivered to customers.
·
Terms
and conditions will be select automatically when we select the customer.
·
Enter
the sale rep account by clicking on look up button.
Add other info like quantity, description, unit price amount etc.
SALE ORDER
By clicking on convert button we can
change our sale quote into sale order.
Following window will appear
Select the sale order option and
enter the sale order#. Sale quote converts into sale order
